Is this aloe edible ? Looks like Japanese aloe.

Japanese Aloev Vera a Non bitter edible aloe vegetable

I'm not sure which Aloe is in the OP pic, but it is not Aloe vera.

Also the Aloe in the video is not Aloe vera either. It looks like Aloe maculata or a closely related species.
