I was hoping someone could give me some tips on indoor vegetable and herb gardening. This is my third year trying this and while I have no problems growing micro greens (spinach and lettuce), thats about all I'm capable of. My issue seems that nothing grows over a few inches tall and if it does its very thin and doesn't produce much. For example cilantro will grow to about 10" but is almost unusable, same for basil. Spinach never gets beyond the "micro-green" size even if I leave it for months.

- I'm currently using Barrina T5 Grow Lights, Full Spectrum lights from Amazon: - Potting mix from Costco and I've tried all sorts of different pot sizes and type.
- The lights are on a 12 hour timer currently

Any advice? Thank you in advance!
