After the estate agents going into administration and then getting taken over by a new company, my house is finally back on Rightmove

The advert is slowly spreading on Facebook, gotta be someone out there that wants an eco house. Cloudy here today, yet the solar water heater is still running at 114 Farenheight.

Some folk were midway thru to selling & suddenly found they had no way of contacting their buyers, hope thats resolved for them now.

I've just asked them to drop the asking price to £180k & put a note on saying any reasonable offers considered. Just to try to get the ball rolling.

Not going to be much fun being without a garden for a while though.

Ziggs .... try gumtree ....you may get loads of interest and the adverts are free .... ebay is also an option but not sure how it works when selling houses but you may get international interest ...

The Chinese are buying left right and centre here in Cambridge
