Help!! What is wrong with my cucumber plant??

Hi everyone. A few weeks ago we started our family garden and things are going decently well. I’ve recently noticed a leaf on my cucumber plant looks diseased, but I can’t figure out which disease it is exactly in order to handle the situation. I’ve added a picture, could anyone tell me what this is and what I should do please??

Im no expert but was that leaf laying on wet dirt?

It’s the lower leaf so it’s definitely possible. I just staked them up and saw it. Think I should prune it off?

Yes, it's likely to allow fungal problems to reach your plant.
Prune off any other leaves which touch the ground.
Prune them as close to the stem as you can.
