Help..something seriously wrong with jade!-!! Tons of black spots...

Hi my jade was doing fine as all a sudden I noticed black on a ton of the leaves..mostly the edges....

Get it out of that soil and into some clean cactus/ succulent soil. I killed some beautiful Jades before I quit treating them like flowers.
