Hellebore - Black death or Fungal issue?

Hello,

Just seeing if anyone can help identify which issue I'm having with my Hellebore. If this is Black death, i don't mind getting rid of the plant and starting over. But if its a fungal issue, I'd like to see if I can salvage the plant.

You will spend less money on a new plant, but phosphite may help fungus. It looks kind of like the BD pictures I googled. I hope mine never get it.
