@Silentrunning good for your wife! I went through a couple times in my life where I got a bottom 3/4 the width of an axe handle and it felt good to lose it. Took a long time and now I only let myself get up 5 or so pounds before cutting back. That usually happens at Christmas (cake&cookies) , Easter (chocolates), and here and there in the summer (ice cream, yum).

It is a hard battle. Been there. Done it and am glad to hear your wife has battled her way through
