Trying something new. I just planted a bunch of spinach and romaine lettuce inside. I’m in zone 6 and I know it is possible to transfer them outside late March but I’m wondering is it possible just to grow them only indoors? What size pots what is eventually need per plant?

You can grow leafy greens in a 4 inch pot or grow them in large trays. They harvest very early because the indoor season can last only 4 weeks before eating them. Keep the depth of the pots small because their roots are small and too large of a pot will raise the water volume too much. .
