Hello everyone,
I planted this Mango from seed more than six months ago.
It seems like it's trying to grow new leaves but it convert into a black head very soon after sprouting also the old leaves are started to get brown,
Please suggest me what to do
I am not using any fertilizer else cow dunk,
My location is in arid climate in great Indian desert. The bigger one Mango plant is bought from nursery 2 months ago in same condition as it is now. The nursery Mango plant is isolated with transparent polythene.

Did you plant the tree straight into your native soil? When you are planting a tree in a new environment, it is a good idea to amend the soil by removing all debris such as stones then adding a good amount of compost to the hole. Once the tree is in the ground put mulch around the base out to twice the diameter of the branches. Then drive 3 stakes into the ground in a triangle around the tree. Tie the tree off to the stakes so the wind can’t rock the tree which will break new fine roots. From your pictures your soil looks like it would be hard to grow anything.
