Growing poppies

What’s the best way of growing oriental poppies from seed? They are so tiny and no matter how thinly I sow them it is nigh on impossible to prick them out. The seedling also are extremely delicate . I have a high failure rate. On the positive side, I do have millions of seeds!

Mix the seed with cornmill and that way they will spread farther.
