Getting Late But?

Is it too late planting Herbs in pots. Seed?

Thinking like Chives ,Sage and Basil.

I would start seed in the house for more control. Once they get to size, start hardening off little by little each day in morning sun...I think you could easily pull it off.

Thought of putting them in big area but considering putting them in containers.

Different types of herbs may have different preferences for soil and climate, but in general you can’t go wrong with planting chives, sage, and basil. Good luck with your herb pots!
