Yeah ok, we do make Chilli garlands. But these are jasmine buds. Woven using banana stem fibres

The only ''garlands'' I make here in the UK are strings of onions which I hang out on the back porch 😓 ......:sorry:

Yeah they will bloom. This was made by our mother. Best liked to wear as hair ornaments. We have a tradition of providing small lengths to ladies when they visit home. Other than that for pooja, functions, ceremonies.
