Yes. I watered the fern and filled up the bird bath after I got all the leaves out of it .. good eye

I think I will have to copy your idea. It is a stunning solution, as nothing much will grow underneath a big tree. I think the fern will be very happy there.
It would also make a very stylish memorial. Very artistic indeed

Thank you. I love this fern. I bought it early summer on clearance....it was 1/4 of the size it is now and rootbound. I replanted it and it is thriving ...I'll have to bring it in soon for the winter, but I'm leaving it outside for as long as I can.
