Dwarf lime tree problem

I have a dwarf lime tree that I bring inside in the winter. I have no idea what’s wrong with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

This may be something simple or it could be fatal. If it is, and it looks like it is, it is something known as Citrus Greening Disease and all you can do is to get rid of the plant.

Or it may be a nutrient dificiency i.e. lack of iron or too much phosphorus or a lack of magnesium. Let's hope it's this.
