I planted 8 Dwarf Mugo Pines in March. Half of them look fine but four of them look like they’re dying from the inside. Turning brown and tips are white. Any suggestions?

Yes, they are dying. Actually they are probably already dead. They will stay green for a while after they croak. My experience with these is that they don’t like to be moved. The tiniest air pocket around the roots will cause problems. All I can say is they smell great when you throw them in the fire pit. Leave it for a couple of months because you never know what might happen.
