Hello there everyone.
By some miracle I have kept this plant alive and not only that it appears as if it has had a baby.
I was wondering will I need to repot the baby in order for it to grow?
Thank you everybody.

No I don't think so. I can't see the ''baby'' properly, but it just looks like a new leaf to me. You might need to re-pot the plant though, and water and feed it.

NO Tetters is right don't remove it. It will be a replacement for one of the older stems as the plant ages.
