Coral jasmine about 18ft high, died few months back, even bark had started to wither, so removed the stump (kept to for memories) and planted another in its place.

New plant is showing some white coloration on leaves.

Any clue?

Sorry, it's growing in the part of garden, I usually don't visit much.

Had a foot sprain, I need time to recover.

I guess it might be mildew, do you think it has chance to get one.

For those unfamiliar with the common name, Coral-Jasmine is Nyctanthes arbor-tristis, a tender shrub or small tree, related to the 'true' Jasmines (Jasminum), in the Olive Family (Oleaceae). The plant, native to tropical Asia and Malesia, is renowned for its nocturnally fragrant white flowers with orange throats. Other common names include Night-blooming Jasmine (one of several plants so-named) and Tree-of-Sorrow.
