Outdoor Jasmine plant help please

Hope someone can help. I live in Spain and have a jasmine plant outdoor in a pot. Have had it two years now, it does flower but as you can see from the pictures it doesn’t look very healthy and help will be much appreciated

To me it looks like it might be root bound and not getting enough water.

It was moved to a bigger post last year, i water it every other day

Then you are probably watering too much. I am sure this is a watering issue. Either not enough or too much. When you water completely saturate the soil and then do not water again until it is DRY two or three inches deep. Stick your finger in the drain hole and if it is damp the roots do not need water.

I am going to leave watering for a few days, have been told to cut it back but it’s hot here and I did that earlier this year
