Can anyone tell me what this is

These are my green bean plants, however I don't know if I have a disease on them or if it is from the sun scorching them from when I water them. Any ideas??

it looks like little caterpillars or larvae problems to me... bean beetles perhaps

Not sun scorch. Ttry a topical spray of insecticidal soap early in the morning or at sundown (spray droplets + sun won't scorch the leaves at those times of day).
