Brown spots

Please see attached pics. I have some brown spots on my lawn and for the green parts, looking closer, I see those plants, are they weed? I water once a week now for 15 mins.

How do I fix the problem so I have a lush green grass please? What should I use to get rid of weeds and have new grass grow again to fill out all the brown spots please?

What you have is Oxalis or Creeping Woodsorrel. Many people actually use the stuff as a turf grass instead of a real grass. I suppose because it is so hard to get rid of. The only way to kill it is by herbicides or digging it up.

The dead spots look fungal, but it could be caused by insects and fungi is eating the leftovers.
