Small brown spots on my leaves

Hi, I have been having these brown spots on my indoor plant, as seen in the picture. Does anyone know what that is, and how to treat it?

I believe this is a dracena, can you give more information like watering schedule, how much sun it gets, etc? Brown spots can be causes by a variety of reasons
