Brown spots on Lemongrass plant

Hi Folks,

My lemongrass plant is showing brown spots. Any idea what they might be and how to fix ?
Is this plant safe to consume if I pick the leaves that don't have spots ?

It looks like you have a rust disease, probably Puccinia rust. Keep affected leaves removed, do not water overhead and put down a layer of mulch. It is safe to consume
