Aphids?

These fellas are congregating on my tomato plants. The plants look pretty healthy, but they are hosting these insects under most leaves. I applied an army of green lacewing larvae about 10 days ago. I think they deserted. At first glance, I'd hoped these were lacewing larvae I was seeing. But these insects don't look exactly like any lacewing or aphid images I can find. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Yep, aphids. Spray with Spinosad Soap. It's harmless to pets and people
