Anyone here grow stinging nettle? (For tea or greens)

I don't grow stinging nettle. Most of the beneficial purposes of stinging nettle are also provided by the stingless False Nettle (Boehmeria cylindrica) AKA Bog Hemp, which I purposely grow for butterflies, fertilizer, and cover crop.

I'll container grow it and its the false nettle which is "stingless"..or so they say.
I had a look on the web, there is only one person on ebay offering seed over here, and they were not cheap. US was a bit cheaper, but still a bit pricey. One thing I did come across was 'Plant seeds on the surface and then press into the soil a little, buried they will not germinate.'

Lord that plant brings back memories!! When we where kids Grandma would have us roam the mountains gathering this stuff.
All the old time Appalachian people thought of the stining nettle as a miracle plant.
