Becky ginger spice in with flower mixture .

And choped stem ginger in the drizzelle.

That sounds lovely! I made a banana cake today to use up some very ripe bananas - to a fairly standard recipe I added toasted pecans, some sultanas, ginger and cinnamon. It has turned out really well!
