Whats the best organic control method to rid of them?
Insecticidal soaps are best for the nymphs but your problem is about out of hand and way beyond the nymph stage. The best thing now is spinosad sprayed about every 3 days. If the bacteria in spinosad comes in contact with the bug it will kill it. What I would do in your situation is to first spray the entire plant and surrounding area with spinosad. When it dries dust the plant with diotomacious earth. Do this for at least a week. Spray ALL of your plants.

Before and after addition of bloodmeal, chelated iron and organic fertilizer (dr earth all purpose). You can really see the loss of yellow/ deepening of green.
