Six garden celery plants were made into ten liters of juice.A half a pound of celery for each liter of juice. The larger stalks were removed and the plants will produce all season. Pictures depict the process.

Would you mind going into more detail about the harvesting process, especially what you leave to help regrowth?

The outside stalks are removed from an essentially round plant. The growth is not inhibited and more stalks readily grow. The plant supplies celery all season and with six plants more than can be consumed, hence the juice. Left to grow the plant can get quite large.
