Zucchini problem

My zucchini plant all of a sudden started getting tough leaves that are curling down and turning yellow. Any ideas? I don't see any bugs.

Hard to say for sure. Apparently it is only on the newer growth which leads me to believe it is a calcium nutrient deficiency or, more than likely, the plant for some reason is unable to uptake enough calcium. I would throw a couple of handfuls of Epsom Salts around the base of the plant and water it in. Also check on the underside of the leaves for anything suspicious.
