Zucchini are small and yellow

I picked my first zucchini yesterday. Yay!!!

But I noticed this morning that a few zucchini had turned yellow, thin and only about 4" long. One had a brown spot on the end where the flower was. Is this a sign of trouble going forward for the plant? Or is this just part of the process?

But I noticed this morning that a few zucchini had turned yellow, thin and only about 4" long. One had a brown spot on the end where the flower was. Is this a sign of trouble going forward for the plant? Or is this just part of the process?

It is probably a lack of pollination but it could be Blossom End Rot. I sprinkle a couple of handfuls of Epsom Salts around the base of the plant to alleviate this problem.
