Hello all, this will be the 2nd warm season this tree is in the ground. It has a damaged branch that gets enough nutes to keep it healthy/blooming, so I’m not sure how to proceed: prune the branch? Try to salvage it? Please advise.

Cut it off. It will not survive a big wind and when torn the rest of the way off it will actually damage the limb it is barely hanging onto.

Agree with Chuck.

With what I know as serviceberry I'd also prevent it from setting fruit when that small and have it direct energy back into itself.
