Young Blueberries with problem leaves, rust?

Hello,

I was hoping someone can identify the issue with my newly purchased Blueberry plant. Is this Blueberry rust?

I bought four plants and they came shipped together. I hardened them off last week and was going to plant this week. But not so sure anymore. Only one plant has this, but they were all kept close together. Also, when they came, no spots were on the leaves.

Any tips appreciated!

I don't think it is rust. I think it is early stage powdery mildew. Perhaps the following link will help.

That's likely too as there is white powder on the leaves. My other plants have some of the white as well, not sure what it is as or came that way. Is there a way to treat it? I've seen many things online, but since the plants are very young, I'm hesitant to do anything.
