Will gardening soon be outlawed in towns?

I think there would be a revolution if they tried that in the UK. The Brits love their gardening, some more than others it has to be said. The days of the old car wrecks and overgrown front yards full of weeds are much less than they used to be. Partly because many have bought their own place but the councils do try to clamp down on it more these days.
