The leaves seem to be going very flimsy and weak on my Swiss cheese plant. Is it getting to much or not enough light? I water it once a week is this enough? The window does not give direct sunlight

You asked a good question: "I water it once a week is this enough?" Now, examine, the soil and container and find the answer.
Does the soil drain well? A week after watering, is the soil all dry (bad), evenly moist (good), or saturated (bad)?
Swiss cheese Plant (Monstera adansonii) will want regular water and good drainage.
Symptoms of underwatering and overwatering can look similar. If there isn't enough moisture, the plant will begin to wilt. If there is so much moisture that the plants roots are over-saturated or rotting it will also begin to wilt.
