My Swiss Cheese Plant needs HELP!

I discovered a powdery white substance on my Swiss cheese plant today. Noticed it too in some of the new growth as well. I’m not sure if it’s powdery mildew. Welcome to the forum @Cischwalm. Does the whole plant look as bad as that? Maybe you could post another picture of the whole thing.
