Why do my roses have black spots at the end of their petals?

Hi, I got roses less than a month ago and I'm a complete beginner in gardening. At first, I thought there was nothing I could do because before blooming they looked so off and dark, but suddenly they have started blossoming and they look beautiful but still there are some of them that still look darker and all of them have tiny dark spots at the end of their petals, as if they were dead on those spots. What is it and what can I do to get rid of them? Thank you in advance.

Welcome akalenoha. :) If you can provide us with some pictures that would help please. Also close up shots of the affected areas.

It's difficult to tell what is wrong from the picture but it looks like there is either a fungal disease or infestation on the leaves below the flower. That may also be causing the spots on the petals. Is it possible for you to get a clearer picture of the leaves please?

At first I thought it was the start of mildew but I don't know what it is, sorry. Perhaps @Chuck can help you if he would be so kind. :)
I don't know but I do see what appears to be mites on all of the leaves. The only thing I know of that causes the blackening of leaf margins is a potassium deficiency
