hello there,

today i spotted tiny white worms/larvaes in my pot. 15 days ago i burried my bokashi compost in it. soil is not from any outside garden, but the pot is in balcony. i am suspecting this may be fly larvae but have no experience. any ideas about what is it and if it's harmful for plants?

ps, its tomato seedling.

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

Bokashi does not make usable compost. You now basically have something rotting in your soil. The supposed benefits of making bokashi are mostly nonsense. It is a completely unnecessary step. What comes out of the bokashi bucket still has to break down properly into compost. If you want to make compost in a small indoor space, go with vermiculture.
