When should i prune this tree?

Hardy Hibiscus tree is getting too big and i need to cut it back.
When should i do that?

When? That shouldn't matter a whole lot.. as long as you do it when it's healthy, watered, and doing it in the evening might be good

Still would like to know When to cut it back? After it is finished blooming. After the leaves are all gone.
