What's wrong with my tomatoes?

Can you guys help me figure out why some of my tomato plant leaves are turning yellow? It seems to be in random places and I didn't see any curling. It has been raining a lot the past two days though.

Where in the US are you?

Could be early blight, though I don't see brown spots. Probably just too much water, or transplant shock, in which case they'll be fine once they dry out and get going.

Also, they look like they're planted a bit too close together (you didn't ask, but just my observation!) Depends on variety I guess, but I've had some tomato plants grow over six feet tall and two-three feet wide by midsummer.

Looks like wind damage, nothing serious.
Pinch out the worst leaves and discard (not in the compost, as a precaution), but there doesn't look to be much wrong with these tomatoes, from those photo's anyway.

Too close together ,growing in what looks likes grass.

Not ideal conditions,l also expect they are bring watered too often .

Thanks for the replies! Yeah I've never grown tomatoes until now so I don't know much about them so I was worried. As far as watering goes.... I don't have much choice since it has been raining a lot lately.

You'll be fine! Tomatoes are, mostly quite resilient.
