What type of weed is this?

Does anyone know what kind of weed this is on the photo?
I tried getting rid of it using weed be gon (yellow cap) but so far no luck.

Not sure. It almost looks like it spreads by rhizome. Digging it out would be the best/quickest option.

digging out is no option as it's pretty much ll over the lawn
I'll probably try a few other week killers and hope that once the lawn is fully established (sod laid down 4 month ago) the problem will go away after time.

Your grass looks good .
you can make a wick with round up in it , the tall weed should be easy to touch and kill

just a wild guess but they maybe a wild native Aurum of some kind?.... in England we get Arum Maculatum (cuckoo spit)

Give it a month and take another picture. I could be a gem of a plant...It can be difficult to ID newly emerging plants.
