A little too small to be sure other than the general shape. It looks like one family called Austrocactus to me.

Sorry I was editing as you posted. Austrocactus was about all I could come up with and there are several in that group. When it flowers it is mature of course.

what soil you use ? I use peat moss only.

I use a peat based compost with added grit.

I give a liquid feed once a week during the summer, but hardly water during the winter.

Mine haven't flowered yet, but they were only grown from seed last year :)
