What is this white stuff growing on the top of the soil in my peace lily and pathos plant?

@Chuck Are you sure this is dog vomit fungus? I checked for this name on Google and I see different results than what the OP has posted. I don't think this is dog vomit fungus.

There are many different types and colors of this fungus, all of them saprophytic and all do the same thing. Most dog vomit fungi are orangish in color but some are whitish and some even a bluish color. They all resemble dog vomit

Yes its mold, you can scoop out the top part of the soil with mold and garbage it. I put sand on some of my plants. Helps with the mold and fly problem. Now if you start getting mushrooms, repot the whole plant and rinse the roots. Those are a freaking pain!
