What type of house plant is this and how do I prune it for bushier growth

I got it a while ago but forgot to label it , it might be a chinese evergreen silver queen based on Google images, its a bit leggy can I prune to make it bushier or is it supposed to look like this

Aglaonema, yes. Silver Queen, no. It really isn’t big enough to do any pruning on. Normally you would wait until there is 3-4” of green stem below the leaves to do any pruning. That would take at least a year in decent light. If you want it bushier faster, find a couple more and plant them together in a bigger pot.
