This is a Madagascar Dragon Tree (Dracaena reflexa ssp. angustifolia, formerly Dracaena marginata), native to Madagascar, but commonly grown world-wide as a houseplant. Some taxonomists believe the correct name for this plant is Dracaena cincta, but that has not been firmly established.
