What is this on my cantaloupe?

These eggs, etc. have started showing up on my cantaloupe. It reminds me of aphids, but also looks a lot different.
Any ideas as to what this is and how I can get rid of them?
I will try to post some pictures.

The green bugs appear to be aphids so maybe that is their eggs.

1 tablespoon of Dawn Ultra per gallon of water will kill the aphid insects. I don't think it kills the eggs so you would have to wait until they hatch and hit them again with the soap. I think maybe Spinsod kills the eggs too but I'm not sure since I've never used Spinosad.

Neem Oil will kill both eggs and the aphids very effectively

Mix 2 oz of Neem with a gallon of water or 1/2 oz per quart and spray the entire plant. Repeat in 5-7 days if needed
