What is the difference between Meyer Lemon Bush and Meyer Lemon Tree?

The difference is in how it is pruned and shaped by the owner. The Meyer lemon when left to grow naturally is a bush but, it can be pruned/shaped to resemble a tree. There is a dwarf variety that grows to about 7 ft whereas the regular one can grow to about 10 ft.
