Fed front and back lawns, picked beans, peas and tomatoes....Sweet Petite and Orange Paruche; these are delicious (y).......and transplanted a couple of perennials. Took cuttings of a few agastaches and salvias
No sun today but very warm and pleasant :)

A couple of weeks ago we had a few frosty nughts and my placanthras got severly burnt, black in fact. So cut it right back today. Still looks pretty ugly but it should be okay. Funny that the same plant in an ever so slightly higher section of the garden is untouched.
In my fernery garden my Kangaroo Fern was absolutely taking over. You couldn't see all tbe other interests ferns I had purchased from my Fern Lady. I had got the culprit
Kangaroo Fern from her too.. I asked her advice and she said, with a smile, most people would be happy to have my problem;). Today I dug a lot of it out, given some away and replanted in a couple of drier areas. It can survive in sun apparently so this should slow it down.o_O.
Also changed this display. I

planted String of Pearls in this lovely planter, a birthday present last year. I love it.
In all a very satisfying gardening day. Topped off with a roast dinner, an open fire and a glass or two of wine.:sleep:

Probably because you've been reading my posts:D

A great time to weed, during and after the rain..weeds come up easy.
Pretty sure I've heard of Bowser as a name for a dog Beverly , like Fido. We had a dog called Fang, his name didn't come from having big teet though They were very worn down teeth from carrying logs, not stcks.

Bravo @zigs :) Who would have thought? A blood hound and a schnauzer. So a breed. As for Bowser Buster, i am in love and want to take him home:love::love: Did you see this @DeborahJane?

My other bowser runneth over and over and over but the sun and big puffy white clouds are putting on a show today against a pure blue sky.

Busy weekend. Got my sunroom floors stripped and wow what a PITA it was! Researching paints now for concrete. Was able to snap a few pictures of some of my flowers blooming and the pond. Maybe @JBtheExplorer?
I finally saw a green bee. I don't remember who had a picture of one a few weeks (or months ago) but I actually saw one this weekend.

I thought any Schnauzer was quite optimistic to breed with a bloodhound!
There was a music group in the 60's and 70's, and the bass singer was called Bowser. I can't remember the name of the group, but my husband will. He has a mind like a steel trap, while mine is more like a steel sieve.
