Watermelon shoots need more light?

My watermelon sprouts have been closed up like this for several days, since they sprouted. Are they just taking really long to open, or do they need more light? I’m confused because right next to them, my slightly older cantaloupe sprouts seem to be quite happy with the light they’re getting.

Yes they need more light. They are getting leggy. I'm not sure about the canteloupe seedlings. They may jump up there too.

Ok. The cantaloupe seedlings were leggy before I turned the grow light on, but they seem to be doing better after that.
