Variegated shrubs

Both of these were at Sea world in moderate shade and appear to be doing well. Hoping someone can tell me what they are.

seen both before. can't recall the first. second looks like a japonica type (spelling) .

No, #2 is Schefflera arboricola, Dwarf (Hawaiian) Umbrella Tree, probably 'Gold Cappela', but there are several gold-variegated varieties.

#1 is Breynia nivosa or Dwarf Variagated Japanese Snowbush.
