Been rooting these Forcinthyis cuttings all summer in a 5 gallon pail of water. there were pruneings Kare did this spring.
Seems to have worked well. I was changeing the water about every other week to keep Mosquito larva down. But neglected them for about a month.
I was surprized when I found two of them had bloomed.
They always got the morning and mid day sun but not the late day sun in the pail.
How ever I did plant them along the drive way on the north side. they will be getting full sun all day long there.
Even though winter is my favorite season I am looking forward to spring to see how they made out over thre winter.
