Unknown citrus pest

Hello everyone,
I have a Limonella tree and I've recently noticed small strange spots on its leaves. Is this a kind of pest or disease?

Any help would be appreciated.

Use a magnifier and get a look and see if it is mites. You can use cold-pressed neem oil mixed with a drop of dish soap in warm water. Spray every 3 days to kill the new hatch eggs. Spray for 4 times in 12 days lightly.

It certainly looks like spider mite damage.
